Town Guard
Being part of the Town Guard Team is so much more than just being a ref! As a member of the Town Guard, you are filling an in-character ref role, where you will at times support the logistics of the Faire behind the scenes, and at times provide direct support of the rules and safety of the Faire in a way that adds to the immersion of the event!​
Monster
Being part of the Monster Team means that you help bring the drama to the Faire! As the primary instigators of combat, danger, and suspense for the event, you'll get an entirely new look behind the curtain of what it takes to bring LARP combat to the main stage! And during your down time - you'll still have an opportunity to participate in the game as a player character of your choice!
Art and Deco
Being part of the Art and Deco Team means that you're integral to bringing the Faire to life - creating the structures around the site, and best of all - you still get to enjoy playing the game as a player character of your choice!​
Medical
Being part of the Medical Team means that you help keep attendees of the Faire safe! As a member of the Medical Team, you'll take shifts throughout the event, being prepared to respond to injuries requiring first aid, bloodborne pathogen, and CPR training. Your calls will most likely include minor first aid or heat stress.

Faeble Faire are accepting vendor applications for our 2026 event taking place Labor Day weekend, September 4th to 7th soon. We’re seeking artisans, makers, merchants of all kinds to help bring our growing marketplace to life. Come share your wares, your talent, and your story—Faeble Faire wouldn’t be the same without you!
